Anyone that knows me even a little bit will tell you that I love my lists. I have lists for everything: groceries, packing, to-do's. Sometimes I even have lists for the lists I want to make (my Uncle endearingly calls it manic-OCD, I call it vigilantly organized... pick your poison). Either way, it's helped with my productivity and helps with my anxiety.
I've always been fascinated by people's productivity schedules. There's a fantastic book called Daily Rituals: How Artists Work and it gives you great insight into how creative people prioritize their day. Taking inspiration from the book, as well as Benjamin Franklin (his daily routine was the best), I've created my own daily schedule. I try to update it every month, since my routines are constantly changing and growing. What do you find helpful in managing your week?
